Following an idea promoted by Bagnoli’s family, the Sammontana management agreed to restore the historical bar’s company, situated in a prestigious central point of Empoli’s city, giving it a new life which  s, liguistically and culturally, the past and the future. 

“From my first sketches, my first reflections, the image of this place, who will celebrate the product and the prestigious brand of this toscany’s company, started to take place in my mind with the strong will of making it become an extraordinary meeting point for the city, to celebrate emotions and to live a strong sensory experience.”

The restoration of Sammontana bar was made with the particular will of using very high quality buildings materials connected with the company’s tradition, with the intent of build up an emergent signal but not too shiny, a charming space, functional, chromatically and formally essential, with attention to detail, related to the contemporaneity without forgetting the past, a place to meet each other, to inform each other, buy and consume products which are evolved in an evolving way. 

The idea was to make this bulky place harmonious and able to stimulate visual sensorial perception, making the customer unconsciusly living the harmonius world of these precious Sammontana brand chromatisms.
